Senior Event Operations Manager
ShowClix is seeking a seasoned event industry professional to become a Senior Event Operations Manager. The Sr. Event Ops Manager (Sr. EOM) will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and after-action reporting required to maintain our event operations department. Acting in a managerial role, this position will focus on helping build the ShowClix operations team, and will be tasked with the direct oversight of the Event Hardware Coordinator. Working alongside other Event Operations staff, and in tandem with our Client Services team, this position will have a targeted focus on advancing and growing ShowClix’ operations department.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Advanced consideration will be given to applicants with direct experience using ticketing hardware or working in roles that dealt with patron entry operations.
This position will require extended periods of time to be spent at our corporate offices in downtown Pittsburgh, PA. Preference will be given to candidates who can work out of our Pittsburgh office full time. Remote candidates should expect, and be available, to spend one week per month in Pittsburgh.
